Blare Wood
Lead Pastor
Blare is a pastor, speaker, proud husband and dad, and self-proclaimed mediocre golfer. Originally from Washington, he met Elise in their college years and has spent much of his ministry investing in the next generation. A true shepherd at heart, Blare has a tenacity to empower others as he leads with both tenderness and unapologetic strength. His aim is to raise up Jesus-centered leaders who know who they are in Christ and boldly live to grow Heaven.
Elise Wood
Lead Pastor
Elise is an evangelist, pastor, college professor, writer, and proud mom to a 7-year-old world-changer. In 2022, she founded Ripple Effect, a nonprofit empowering the next generation to walk in their God-given calling. She is passionate about seeing people in their potential, championing their calling, and exhorting them to believe God for greater things. Her heart is to multiply herself by helping others walk fully in God’s purpose.
Steven Hernandez
Youth Pastor
Steven serves as our Youth Pastor, leading students in 6th–12th grade. He is passionate about helping the next generation encounter Jesus, find community, and develop a faith that lasts beyond high school. Outside of church, he’s usually on the golf course, roasting coffee, or making pancakes for his wife, Emily.
Emily Hernandez
Kids Pastor
Emily leads our kids’ ministry from birth through 5th grade, creating a fun and safe place for kids to know Jesus and discover who He created them to be. Outside of church, you will likely find her grabbing coffee with her husband, Steven, and their adorable corgi.
Megan Kronstedt
Missionary on Staff
Megan wears many hats at Together Church, serving across creative ministry, Sunday experiences, and young adults. Her primary role is serving as the Youth Alive Missionary for Arizona, equipping and empowering students to share Jesus at school. Outside of church, she’s usually enjoying matcha or coffee, playing board games, or saying yes to a random adventure with friends.
Sabra Smith
Communications Pastor
Sabra loves creating spaces where people can connect, grow, and find authentic community. She’s married to Wesley, and together they’re raising two amazing kids, Asher and Eden. Outside of church, you’ll find her hiking, running, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or spending time with her family.
Lucas Larsen
Serve Team Pastor
A true connector of people, Lucas is passionate about helping people discover where they belong and how they can make a difference. Outside of church, you’ll find him outdoors, watching F1 racing, or enjoying Nerd Clusters.
Wesley Smith
Worship Pastor
Whether he’s leading worship, supporting the production team, or spending time outdoors, Wesley brings energy to everything he does. He’s been married to Sabra for 14 years, and together they love taking their kids on outdoor adventures. When he’s not at church, you’ll likely find him hiking, fishing, or perfecting his cold brew coffee.
Marcy Hamrick
Connections Pastor
Marcy is passionate about helping every person feel welcomed, connected, and at home. For her, it’s all about people experiencing community, purpose, and belonging. She loves spending time with her family as Mom and “Amma,” creating, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
